Irwell Valley Homes (IVH) have worked with Manchester Fire Compliance (MFC) for the past few years and have formed an excellent working relationship, built on trust and confidence. Over this period MFC have provided first class knowledge and expertise with respect to fire risk assessments and fire safety. MFC have provided fire risk assessments on a variety of our properties and I have always found their reports to be robust and fit for purpose. MFC have also delivered fire safety training for colleagues at IVH, which was well presented, informative and well-structured to the type of housing stock that are managed by IVH colleagues. MFC also provide ongoing support, guidance and advice to all colleagues and customers and have attended evening consultation meetings to assist IVH to meet the needs of our customers. Johnnie Johnson Housing. Manchester Fire Compliance delivered some bespoke home safety awareness training for our staff as part of our health and safety awareness week.
